Following yesterday’s sad news, the school’s senior leadership team met this morning to discuss the College’s arrangements. A formal announcement will be made in due course, and we will communicate this with the Eastbournian Society members.

It was decided Reunion 2022 will go ahead as planned. It was felt that the day offers the College’s wider community an immediate opportunity to come together to grieve and pay respects. The chapel service at 6:15 will be dedicated to Her Majesty. The service is open to the wider community, not only Reunion attendees, and will last for 30 minutes. Please do invite friends and family if you wish.

We're delighted to invite you to the Reunion Day 2022. The 2022 OE reunion is on Saturday 10 September, culminating in an evening meal in the dining hall in the Winn Building. Once again we are not restricting the day to a particular cohort, but are inviting Old Eastbournians from all generations to come along. Husbands, wives and partners are welcome as guests. Members of staff, both former and current, are also invited.

You can come to as many or as few of the day's events as you wish. The day is free of charge, except for the evening drinks and dinner, for which there is a charge (£25 per person), payable in advance. The timetable is as follows:

From 11.00am, all day: Register and collect badge in College Theatre (Big School), Winn Building, Old Wish Road

11.00am-4.00pm: Tim's Cafe, Old Wish Road, open for refreshments

12.40-1.30pm: Lunch (self-service), Dining Hall, Winn Building

2:30-3:00pm: Group Photo, College Field

3.00-4.00pm: Guided College tours, meet at Reception, followed by tea

4.00-5.00pm: Tea, College Theatre (Big School)

4.45-5.45pm: Guided tours of houses (meet guides in Big School during tea)

5.45-6.15pm: OE singers practice, Chapel

6.15-6.45pm: Evensong with OE singers, Chapel. Dedicated to Her Majesty

6.45-7.15pm: Drinks reception, Dining Hall, Winn Building

7.15-10.00pm: Reunion dinner, Dining Hall, Winn Building
