The following Old Eastbournian sports clubs are keen to have your participation and support. You are also invited to join the Eastbournian Society Sports Club and enjoy the gym and swim facilities at the College. You can find out more here.
The Old Eastbournian Golf Society (OEGS) has developed a range of matches and meetings throughout the year for male and female golfers of all standards.
The OEGS run their own website, so please follow this link to oegolf.uk to learn more about the society, see upcoming fixtures, read match reports and apply for membership. For further details contact OEGS Secretary, David Burt (Gonville 1966-70) at secretary@oegolf.uk.
If you would like to play with the OE Cricket Club please contact Will Ripley (Gonville 1999–2004) at oldeastbourniancc@gmail.com.
The club has a long tradition of playing other alumni sides and in 2017 was the youngest side to have played in the prestigious Cricketer Cup final. The team is always on the lookout for new players so please do get in touch if you want to get involved.
The OE & OA Fives Club is open for both new and old fives players.
The club has an active community, meeting regularly every Tuesday between 8.00-9.00pm for fixtures (going to the Dolphin pub afterwards). The club is open to OEs, OAs and also the friends of OEs and OAs. The club is very friendly and has a player base of both experienced and new players. We are currently campaigning to get our historic courts renovated where we also plan to integrate coaching/facilities between St Andrews Prep and Eastbourne College.
Please contact James Holman-Dine (Craig 2014-19) at james.holmandine@outlook.com or Spencer Beal (former College staff) at spencerjbeal@gmail.com.
