Join us for a new series of high-impact networking breakfasts designed for senior leaders and decision-makers across Eastbourne’s business and professional community. Held in the elegant dining room of Eastbourne College, these events offer a unique opportunity to share best practice, exchange updates, and strengthen connections between local businesses and the College’s wider network, including parents of pupils at Eastbourne College and St Andrew’s Prep.

Each breakfast will feature a high-calibre guest speaker, offering insights on leadership, innovation, and the evolving business landscape.

Inaugural Speaker – Pam Loch

We are delighted to welcome Pam Loch, Founder and Managing Director of Loch Associates Group, as our first guest speaker. Pam is an award-winning solicitor and entrepreneur, regularly featured on the BBC, ITV, and in national press for her expertise in employment law and HR. She founded Loch Associates in 2007 and her passion for providing clients with the most complete perspective possible led to her establishing a business which has the benefits of HR, training, wellbeing and mediation services sitting alongside employment, business and family law support.

Pam will speak on 'Navigating Change: What Business Leaders Need to Know About Employment Law', offering practical insights into the evolving legal landscape and what it means for employers in Eastbourne and beyond.
