The much-anticipated annual quiz with more than 200 questions was, as ever, a great success… at least that’s what the punters said after they’d all won a Mars bar. In this age when everyone wins, quizmaster John Thornley shied away from singling out the winners (in reality, he didn’t know who they were), and awarded (mini) Mars bars to everyone with one or two receiving the full-size variety. Names have already been taken for next year so you are encouraged to sign up as soon as it appears on the ES website or you may find that there are no places left.
