OE news

Katya Goodwin (Watt 2012-17) returned to the College on Tuesday 7 May to speak to pupils about her fascinating PhD research.

Katya, who graduated in 2022 with a 1st class MEng in aeronautical engineering from Imperial College, London, covered a range of topics including spacecraft engineering, medical devices and flapping flight.

It was a great insight for any pupils interested in STEM subjects, the experience of an engineer and the work that completing a PhD entails.
