We have been asked by his family to share the following announcement about John McDowell (Powell 1948-51):
MCDOWELL, John Alister, died peacefully on 30th March 2026 in London, aged 92. Beloved husband of Jennifer, devoted father of Charles and Kate, and adoring grandfather of Olivia, Henry, William and Charles. Service of Thanksgiving at Chelsea Old Church on Wednesday 22nd April 2026 at 12 noon. Loved by all who knew him.
