An opportunity has arisen for a Gap Student placement at St Andrew’s Prep, Eastbourne. The placement would be for 27 August to 13 December 2024.
We are looking to recruit a hard working and conscientious school leaver or graduate to support in all areas of school and boarding life. This will include supporting academic lessons as well as coaching sport and being involved in other aspects of the co-curricular life of the school.
St Andrew’s Prep is a day and boarding school. You will be required to work with the boarders in the evenings and early mornings, and this will also include some weekends where you will accompany our boarders on trips.
This is a rewarding opportunity for gap year students or graduates who are seriously considering a career in teaching to enhance their CV.
As a charity worker, you will be paid an allowance, receive accommodation* and be provided with all meals during term time. *It might be possible to perform the duties without the need to be residential
