Our first ever Giving Day is now over – and we have been overwhelmed by the support we have received on so many levels from across the globe.
We raised over £330,000, which included donations made on the day bolstered by some very generous match funding. The atmosphere at St Andrew's and the College was joyful, with pupils, parents, staff and others all getting involved with the many events going on, from tugs of war to abseiling down Memorial Tower, cake and sweet sales, and an evening jazz concert to round it all off.
We are so grateful to the whole community for getting involved and showing their support. It was a wonderful 36 hours and the money raised will make an enormous difference to our Blue Sky Bursaries Appeal.
