Futures Convention

The annual Futures Convention was a great success!

The Futures Convention was held on Friday 3 March, and the careful preparation and expertise of the College Head of Futures Sarah Gordon, supported by the Eastbournian Society and the many contributors, ensured this annual event was a resounding success once again.

The buzz in the sports hall grew louder and louder as more and more pupils and parents arrived. With a bumper number of industries represented as well as delegates including university reps, OEs, parents and others, those seeking information and advice on a wide range of careers had it all in one place.

College pupils and pupils from our coastal partnership schools clearly had a very worthwhile evening; many were still chatting when the 9.00pm deadline came and the stands were being dismantled around them!
