Six Old Eastbournians are running in Vietnam for charity, aiming to raise money and awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.
On Sunday 22 March, Archie Jones (Pennell 2020-25), Charlie Jones (Pennell 2020-25), Will Coleman (Wargrave 2020-25), Ross Seavill (Pennell 2020-25), Eddie Anderson (Reeves 2020-25) and Emily Finch (Watt 2023-25) will be running the Da Nang Half Marathon. They would welcome your support and have set up a fundraising page.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic condition that causes sticky mucus to build up in the lungs and digestive system. It affects more than 11,000 people in the UK, and around 1 in 25 of us carries the faulty gene without knowing.
Living with CF brings daily treatment, health challenges and a real impact on both physical and mental wellbeing. The Cystic Fibrosis Trust brings people together to support those affected and to work towards effective treatments for everyone.
The six OEs say: 'Any support would mean a lot. Thank you for helping us make the miles count.'
